This year, Vero Italian Traditional Food has the opportunity to participate at Taste of Italy in 13^th – 14^th March 2022.

Taste of Italy, which is going to take place in Houston, is the largest trade fair in the U.S., organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Texas, which focuses its attention on Italian wines and food products, producers, and gastronomic traditions in order to make everybody taste the Made in Italy as one of the most famous brands of high-quality products.

The exhibition event is reserved for single or consortium producers of authentic Italian products, from the Food & Wine sector and it is dedicated to welcoming a specialized audience of operators in the above-mentioned sector such as Buyers of large-scale retail chains, restaurant chains or individual restaurants and restaurant associations, distributors and importers and last but not least specialized press and food bloggers.

The potential buyers that VERO USA is going to meet are from the sector, operating in the state of Texas and other American states and it will have the opportunity to present its partners and to make the professionals taste all the Italian products such as VERO pasta and jams, Italian wines of Tenuta dei Mori, Santoiolo and Chiorri, Italian special coffee produced by Moca, Italian flavour chips made by Fox Italia and wonderful cookies of Franca Battista. All of them are high level companies selected by VERO ITALIAN TARDITIONAL FOOD with the aim of supporting the best traditional agri-food productions and bringing the TRADITIONAL Italian food on international markets, where biodiversity, quality of ingredients, raw materials and agri-food specificity are an added value.

In addition to tastings of food and wine, the event will offer the opportunity to meet key buyers for Kroger, Spec’s, HEB, and Central Market and to attend seminars on ‘Sustainable Wine Farming’ from Umbria sponsored by Santo Iolo Cantina and Casale and Tenuta dei Mori.

As the largest food and wine trade show dedicated to Italian products, Taste of Italy Houston is for sure the greatest opportunity to get in touch with American operators, as it was in the past when VERO ITALIAN TRADITIONAL FOOD participated at the event along with its partners, such as Cantina Silvestri, Le Velette and La Tordera wineries.
